including CNC Lathes equipped with bar feeds with live tooling. We also have custom Gear Cutting Facilities where we can produce exactly to customer requirements in DP, Mod, and CP. We can produce one off, batch, and continuous run components consistently and accurately.
We also have shot blasting, painting, fabrication, painting, fitting and assembly facilities on site.
CNCs fully integrated with CAD/CAM
AMMAN’s state of the art machine technology enables us to rapidly produce highly accurate components consistently, in large volumes or batch by batch.
Our CNCS are fully integrated with CAD/CAM systems which run Solidworks and SolidCam enabling 3D program generation from models with HSM, HSR, HSS file compatibility.
